Service Description:
Digital Keddy offers a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, website development, graphic design, e-commerce marketing, and related services.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information essential for delivering the requested digital marketing services. Digital Keddy is not liable for any delays, errors, or issues caused by the client’s provision of inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete information.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared by the other, including but not limited to business strategies, trade secrets, and proprietary information.
If a contract is signed between both parties, Digital Keddy will not use the project as a case study or for marketing purposes without the client’s consent.
Payment Terms:
Clients must adhere to the payment terms agreed upon in the service contract. Failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension or termination of services.
For payments that include GST, the GST amount will be filed monthly on the GST Portal. If the client wishes to discontinue services, they must provide written notice at least one month in advance, or as per the terms of the mutually agreed contract.
Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property, including logos, graphics, and content developed or utilized during the provision of services, remains the property of both the client and Digital Keddy, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate services with written notice. If the client terminates the services before the project is completed, they are liable for payment of all work done up to the termination date.
Limitation of Liability:
Digital Keddy is not responsible for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Digital Keddy harmless from any claims arising from the client’s use of our services.
Changes to Terms:
Digital Keddy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
